WagginWonders Return Policy
At WagginWonders, your pet's happiness is our top priority! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us.
Return Window:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items for Return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Perishable goods such as pet food and treats
- Opened grooming products or opened health supplements
- Beds, carriers, or other items with signs of pet use (unless defective)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Returning Your Order:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] for return instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
- Items showing obvious signs of use (excluding defects)
- Opened training tools or electronic pet products (excluding defects)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Defective Products:
For the return of defective products, please email us at wagginwonders@protonmail.com and provide photos/videos showing the defective product. We will process your return and refund request as soon as possible.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 3-5 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank for processing times. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wagginwonders@protonmail.com.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
